Transitioning from an operational role to a supervisory or Team leader role can be one of the most difficult things an employee can do. This course will support Supervisors and Team Leaders with the tools to carry out their first line management role with increased confidence, focussing on how to successfully lead teams.
Aim
Provide a fundamental toolbox for those new to supervision so they have the confidence to transition into a ‘management role’ to organise, direct and empower their staff to achieve the best results they can.
