This course is designed to develop the skills of anyone responsible for training and whose responsibility it is to pass on information in the most effective, memorable and enjoyable way.

We’ll provide you with the tools and techniques to gain confidence in delivering effective training material

Outcomes:

• Gain confidence in delivering effective training material
• Structure and deliver motivational training sessions
• Select, sequence and structure the training to meet specific objectives
• Select and use visual aids to support the training
• Identify solutions to difficult situations which can occur during training sessions
• Apply evaluation methods to confirm changes in performance.

Methodology:

We practice a learner centred approach to delivering training and use the principles of brain friendly, accelerated Learning. We explore how people learn best through various learning styles and integrate training concepts associated with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Everything learned is practise thoroughly and each delegate prepares, structures and delivers two training sessions with tutorial feedback given in a constructive and positive way.
