Prior to  setting up TeamSkills I have been part of management teams facing the ‘ups and downs’ and growth of organisations. I have experienced leadership of the highest and also questionable levels of ability. The learning I pass on to others has come from the most surprising sources.

It has been my mission to free the talent that exists in people and organisations – talent that is often latent but not realised – talent that is the difference between growth and decline.

Suzanne Potts

I'm an Author & a Training and Development Professional with over 30 years’ experience in Assertiveness training and developing managers and front-line employees across the world.
My passion for delivering Assertiveness skills into a diverse range of cultures, industries and countries has taken me across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Russia and South Pacific.
I began my career in sales and distribution, managing sales teams across many continents and cultures. Whilst working for Xerox I achieved the most senior operational post for a woman in Europe. Working through interpreters I've run training programmes in war-torn territories, military cultures and communist republics.
I'm a Master Practitioner of NLP, an NLP Boardroom’, I’ve been providing 1:1 coaching for women managers across all industries within the UK.
